Base Salary
$184k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement power and thermal management software features in the Linux kernel and user space.
- Collaborate with power architects and hardware and software engineers on platform power estimation and optimization.
- Optimize system software for performance, efficiency, responsiveness, compute and memory utilization, latency, and power consumption.
- Improve software performance for edge AI and robotics use cases across NVIDIA Tegra SoCs and embedded platforms.
- Perform system-level debugging and solve complex software and platform problems.
Requirements
- MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related software/hardware engineering major, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software development experience with a significant focus on Linux.
- Excellent C programming and debugging skills in Linux kernel and user-space software.
- Experience working with embedded systems and ARM processors.
- Strong system-level debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
