Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Build automation, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to make applications resilient, observable, and cloud-ready.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, support incident resolution, and perform root cause analysis.
- Work with SRE principles, Linux administration, distributed systems, containers, Kubernetes, and public-cloud platforms.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong experience with Golang and solid programming skills in a language such as Java or Python for automation or tooling.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform, or alternatives such as CloudFormation, ARM, or Pulumi.
- Experience with containerized workloads and orchestration platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kubernetes CRDs and familiarity with Envoy as an API Gateway.
- Experience with CI/CD systems and developer workflows such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, SRE principles, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
