Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support new product capabilities for enterprise collateral and post-trade products.
- Work as a full-stack developer across front-end and back-end systems.
- Create and implement comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies, including end-to-end, API, and unit testing.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements during feature refinement.
- Collaborate with software engineers, business experts, product owners, architects, and international colleagues.
- Follow and help advance architecture, technical roadmaps, and engineering guidelines.
- Improve automation, tools, frameworks, and team processes.
- Provide outstanding product support and proactively minimize support issues.
- Mentor, motivate, and guide the team toward technical excellence and efficient delivery.
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts for correctness and architectural fit and guide responsible AI usage within the team.
Requirements
- Principal-level software engineering experience with extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- 10+ years of experience with C# and Angular.
- Experience developing and managing cloud infrastructure and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing and the ability to design comprehensive test strategies.
- Knowledge of E2E, API, and unit testing.
- Understanding of XP practices including TDD and pair programming.
- Readiness to learn APL and improve in-house tools and frameworks.
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design and relational databases using SQL.
- Ability to mentor and guide a team toward technical excellence and efficient delivery.
- Good written and spoken English at upper-intermediate level or higher.
- A master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field is a plus.
- Fluency with AI development tools such as Copilot and Claude and the ability to critically review AI-generated work.
