Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise product capabilities for the Collateral Product Area.
- Create and implement comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies.
- Collaborate with teams, product owners, architects, and business experts on requirements, architecture, and technical roadmaps.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements during feature refinement.
- Develop across both front-end and back-end systems as a full-stack engineer.
- Improve automation, tools, frameworks, and team processes.
- Provide product support and proactively minimize support needs.
- Mentor, motivate, and guide the team toward technical excellence and efficient delivery.
- Use and critically evaluate AI-generated development artifacts from tools such as Copilot and Claude.
- Guide responsible AI usage and identify opportunities to accelerate prototyping and reduce low-value work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with C# and Angular.
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps, including developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Rich experience with cloud infrastructures.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing, including end-to-end, API, and unit testing.
- Understanding of XP practices such as test-driven development and pair programming.
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design and relational databases using SQL.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a technical team.
- Good written and spoken English at upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Readiness to learn APL and improve in-house tools and frameworks.
- A master’s degree in finance, computer science, mathematics, or a similar field is a plus.
