Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support agentic AI applications that orchestrate workflows, decision-making, and automation across complex systems.
- Act as a technical authority for AI-enabled applications and advise teams on architecture, integration, and engineering best practices.
- Translate business problems into practical AI solutions in partnership with engineers, data scientists, architects, and product teams.
- Ensure applications address security, resilience, ethics, and responsible AI principles.
- Support the full application lifecycle from proof of concept through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Share knowledge and coach engineers across the wider engineering community.
Requirements
- 9–15 years of professional experience.
- Strong experience designing and supporting complex, production-grade applications in modern technology environments.
- Software development experience in Python or a similar language with exposure to the full software delivery lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled or intelligent systems, including agent-based workflows, orchestration layers, or advanced automation.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and APIs.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly GCP.
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices including CI/CD, observability, and reliability.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with large language models, AI platforms, or orchestration frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, model governance, or risk controls is preferred.
- Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
- Experience mentoring or leading others on technical approaches is preferred.
