Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications.
- Develop efficient, user-focused software from vision through production-ready systems.
- Write source code for new applications and generate or enhance code samples for existing applications.
- Use C++ and modeling and simulation frameworks to develop client solutions.
- Analyze current and future architecture and operating environments to identify and implement system improvements.
- Create solutions to complex problems and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Potentially develop or work with simulation models involving radar, sensors, or aircraft and perform scripting or automated testing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods.
- At least 3 years of experience working with C++.
- Experience with modeling and simulation frameworks.
- Experience writing source code for new applications or enhancing code samples for existing applications.
- Experience creating solutions to complex problems in a collaborative team environment.
- Secret clearance and eligibility for access to classified information.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred experience with radar, sensor, or aircraft simulation models; large-data-set preprocessing or post-processing scripting; AFSIM, EAAGLES, FLAMES, Unreal, or RavEngine; data modeling architecture; client requirements and workflow automation; and automated testing tools.
