Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy hybrid cloud architectures in cleared environments.
- Develop scalable and reliable cloud-native applications and microservice-based full-stack applications within AWS.
- Work with software development teams to support migrations, solutioning, and expansion of client capabilities.
- Apply Infrastructure-as-Code and troubleshoot cloud-native application deployments, configurations, and AWS networking.
- Lead and collaborate across development teams while supporting mission-critical Air Force capabilities.
- Manage or configure cloud environments, operating systems, identity and access controls, and solutions for higher classification environments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience architecting and developing scalable, reliable cloud-native applications within AWS.
- 5+ years of experience with networking for hybrid cloud environments within SIPR, TS, or JWICS.
- 5+ years of experience building cloud-native microservice full-stack applications and working with DoD STIGs or CIS Benchmarks.
- 4+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Experience with DoD impact levels or classifications, AWS cloud, SQL and NoSQL databases, air-gapped cloud environments, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- Experience with DoD cloud architecture or management, security, or networking.
- Top Secret clearance and ability to meet eligibility requirements for classified information access.
- HS diploma or GED, Cloud Architect Associate Certification, and ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT II Certification within 60 days of start date.
- Preferred qualifications include Kubernetes or other Kubernetes distributions, FENCES, Ubuntu, RHEL, Windows Server, AWS networking troubleshooting, SSO, SAML, OpenID, TS/SCI clearance, and a relevant bachelor's degree.
