Base Salary
$100k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, architecture, and delivery for complex AEM and web applications.
- Design AEM Components, Content Fragments, Sling Models, OSGi Services, Sling Servlets, EventHandlers, and JCR Event Listeners.
- Build Java Spring Boot RESTful APIs integrated with PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, Apigee, and enterprise systems.
- Develop responsive frontend experiences using TypeScript and React, including API integrations and SSR or headless architectures.
- Integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Elasticsearch, OAuth authentication providers, commerce, analytics, and personalization platforms.
- Troubleshoot AEM, Dispatcher, caching, URL mapping, publishing, and complex production issues.
- Establish engineering standards, design patterns, code review practices, and quality, security, and performance expectations.
- Mentor developers, solve complex technical problems, and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, including significant enterprise web application experience.
- 8 years of strong hands-on Adobe Experience Manager experience.
- Strong Java, Spring or Spring Boot, RESTful API, modern frontend, JavaScript or TypeScript, and React experience.
- Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, content management, distributed systems, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical solution delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor developers without formal management authority.
- Preferred experience includes AEM as a Cloud Service, React SSR, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Adobe Experience Cloud, cloud platforms, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, web performance, caching, CDN, Dispatcher optimization, and complex production environments.
