Base Salary
$352k - $527k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop computer, network, and specialized utility software.
- Lead the development and maintenance of local and cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code.
- Automate cloud and local infrastructure operations.
- Integrate security into infrastructure.
- Architect and maintain next-generation cloud infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Lead infrastructure projects and implement new technologies and best practices.
- Mentor team members and improve team processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of progressive experience in the position or a related occupation.
- At least one year designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructure automation tools.
- At least one year using a high-level scripting language.
- At least one year architecting, maintaining, and coding cloud infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Experience using Jira and Git.
- Experience using Prometheus and Grafana for observability and monitoring.
- Experience with at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications.
- Experience with software development life cycle and quality control practices.
Benefits
- Annual salary for California employees is $351,900–$527,000.
