Responsibilities
- Understand user requirements and design and develop Appian solutions.
- Deliver complex development assignments efficiently and comprehensively.
- Improve the quality, speed, and productivity of Appian development work.
- Present work to product owners and other stakeholders.
- Map database changes to Appian CDTs via XSD.
- Follow project methodologies, software development processes, deployment cycles, and team protocols.
Requirements
- Requires 1–2 years of software development experience, preferably with Appian exposure.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science.
- Must be able to work independently and within a small team.
- Must be able to follow directions and complete assignments diligently.
- Preferred or expected qualifications include Appian Level 1 certification, Agile certification, basic SQL DDL/DML knowledge, and familiarity with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Requires general knowledge of the assigned customer domain, solution set, or internal support function.
- Requires familiarity with Appian development processes, SDLC, and deployment cycles.
