Responsibilities
- Create functional and technical specifications and implement scalable CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP C4C solutions, including business rules, workflows, approvals, ticket routing, fields, and user-interface personalization.
- Implement and test stable, scalable, high-performance technical solutions and deliver code, configurations, and documentation.
- Integrate CRM solutions with SAP backend and non-SAP applications using middleware, APIs, and microservices.
- Perform CRM data migration and support testing, release governance, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, product owners, delivery leads, developers, domain experts, technical leads, and external partners across global teams.
- Apply DevOps practices and support production deployments at least biweekly.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related area.
- At least 3 years of experience as a functional or techno-functional CRM professional working with service and sales processes in large transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud, Salesforce, or similar CRM solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating CRM systems with SAP ERP or non-SAP applications using CPI, microservices, BTP, or similar middleware.
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP C4C, including business rules, workflows, approvals, ticket routing rules, KUT fields, and UI personalization.
- Experience implementing REST, SOAP, and standard OData APIs in C4C.
- Fluency in at least one of .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js, along with frontend and backend development skills.
- Proficiency in data migration techniques using Data Workbench, CSV, or Mass Data Maintenance.
- Experience with at least one of Azure, Power Platform, or MongoDB.
- Experience with test automation, testing, and test tools is preferred.
- Understanding of ABSL, UI Script, and UI Designer in Cloud Applications Studio SDK is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and conceptual skills and an affinity for learning and developing technology skills.
