Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand difficult operational problems and rapidly develop solutions.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects within small, high-ownership teams.
- Whiteboard architecture with engineers and build data pipelines and operational workflows.
- Deploy AI agents and custom applications on Palantir platforms.
- Advise customer executives and help drive strategy with the team.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI agents, data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience with healthcare, logistics, aviation, or readiness analysis is a plus.
- Ability to understand how technical decisions affect users and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance or willingness to obtain or upgrade to one.
