Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect the GTM tech stack with seamless integrations.
- Automate repetitive tasks across the GTM organization using intelligent automation.
- Maintain data integrity by managing data flows and enrichment logic.
- Translate GTM strategy into automated playbooks and workflows.
- Build an outbound engine for systematic pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a Growth, GTM Engineer, or Revenue Operations role.
- Strong systems thinking and a desire to build innovative solutions.
- Ability to iterate quickly and operate with high ownership.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations.
- Understanding of the GTM funnel and conversion logic.
