Responsibilities

  • Participate in designing and developing new products and solutions, as well as enhancing, updating, and resolving issues in existing systems.
  • Contribute across the software development lifecycle with emphasis on development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Write code according to established coding standards and software engineering best practices.
  • Develop unit tests and automated test scripts using a test-driven development approach.
  • Use coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for code generation, review, and test creation.
  • Build rapid prototypes and proof of concepts to validate new ideas and solutions.
  • Work independently and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
  • Perform other assigned duties and comply with applicable policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Typically less than two years of experience developing products and platforms using UI or backend web technologies.
  • Proficiency with Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language.
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, testing methodologies, coding best practices, and UI and backend architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation, generative AI technologies, and AI agent development.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, ownership, accountability, urgency, and collaboration skills.
