Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deliver software solutions for engineering projects and quality-focused outcomes.
- Design and implement full-stack software components using backend, frontend, database, event-driven, and cloud technologies.
- Evaluate and apply current technologies, frameworks, and industry practices in support of business and technology strategy.
- Analyze requirements and design solutions that integrate with system protocols and business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams and mentor others through knowledge sharing and training sessions.
- Document software code, system designs, and business requirements.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an acceptable related area plus three years of related work experience.
- Advanced degree plus one year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Python, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of microservices, event-driven design, Kafka or RabbitMQ, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of Agentic AI and using AI tools in analysis and design.
- Hands-on experience analyzing requirements and designing solutions.
- Communication, customer service, analytics, and technical writing skills.
