Responsibilities
- Participate in technical analysis, architecture, system design, coding, unit and integration testing, and system testing across the full product lifecycle.
- Provide sustaining support, feature enhancements, and codebase health improvements for core software products.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Architects, and Development Engineers to refine and track technical requirements through delivery.
- Participate in Scrum sprint planning and execution within an agile engineering squad.
- Communicate development progress, technical trade-offs, and project obstacles transparently.
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and provide technical support while independently solving complex problems.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of professional experience developing robust web applications and data systems.
- Production-level coding skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and Java.
- Working knowledge of the Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience developing microservices and resilient REST APIs.
- Advanced hands-on experience with MySQL.
- Experience writing automated unit tests using frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, Jest, Jasmine, AVA, or JUnit.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub branching strategies, and release management procedures.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and Scrum delivery patterns.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, technical ownership, and collaborative teamwork.
- Experience with ReactJS, Angular, Google Polymer, multi-agent AI workflows, or Spec-Driven Development frameworks is preferred.
