Responsibilities
- Build and maintain software for First Circle’s financial products and internal business needs.
- Solve real business problems, beginning with smaller projects and growing into ownership of larger initiatives.
- Apply critical thinking and clearly justify technical decisions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to a high-standard engineering team.
Requirements
- Be a natural creator and problem solver who enjoys critical thinking.
- Ideally have a degree or bootcamp background related to engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
- Professional experience is welcome but not essential.
- Pass First Circle’s engineering code test.
