Responsibilities
- Plan and manage development projects related to the web platform.
- Gather product requirements and convert them into technical specifications and development tasks.
- Coordinate with frontend, backend, product, and UX/design teams.
- Review wireframes and prototypes and provide feedback on technical feasibility and user experience.
- Evaluate web interfaces, identify usability issues, and propose improvements.
- Track project milestones and delivery progress.
- Help evaluate technical solutions and system architecture for platform scalability.
- Identify project risks and recommend improvements.
- Maintain project, requirements, and technical documentation.
- Optimize web development workflows and team collaboration processes.
- Support quality management, safety, and environmental company policies.
Requirements
- Understand web application architecture and development processes.
- Be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern web frameworks, backend systems, API integration, databases, SQL, Git, and project management tools.
- Understand REST APIs and JSON integration concepts.
- Have strong project and requirements management, communication, coordination, documentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and provide informed UI/UX feedback.
- Be able to collaborate with product, engineering, design, and management teams across time zones.
- Basic knowledge of Linux environments and cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus.
