Responsibilities
- Own the production-readiness and handover framework for transitions from Value Delivery to Value Operation.
- Build monitoring, alerting, incident-response, and SLA-management capabilities for deployed AI solutions.
- Establish AI quality practices including drift detection, performance benchmarking, guardrail validation, and retraining triggers.
- Define production security, data-boundary, compliance, and operational-governance standards.
- Design scalable tooling, automation, partner integration, and self-healing capabilities for customer deployments.
- Capture operational learnings with the Knowledge & IP team and feed them into the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers and set operational standards across global FDE squads, hubs, partners, and customers.
Requirements
- Deep experience operating LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, and distributed architectures in production customer environments.
- Strong experience with observability, incident management, and production reliability across cloud environments.
- Experience identifying behavioral drift in agentic applications and managing enterprise-grade uptime and contractual SLAs.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise settings involving compliance, security posture, data boundaries, and operational governance.
- Ability to create standards, playbooks, repeatable processes, and scalable operational models.
- Ability to collaborate across delivery squads, engineering and platform teams, customers, external partners, and architects.
- Skills associated with the role include agentic AI practice, AI output quality assurance, context engineering, agentic orchestration and engineering, application security, cloud architecture, and evaluations and benchmarking engineering.
