Responsibilities
- Define the production-readiness and handover framework for Forward Deployed Engineering engagements.
- Build monitoring, alerting, incident response, and operational capabilities for deployed AI solutions.
- Establish AI production quality practices including drift detection, performance benchmarking, guardrail validation, and retraining triggers.
- Set standards for production security, data boundaries, compliance, operational governance, and self-healing capabilities.
- Design scalable tooling, automation, and partner-integration models for multiple customer engagements.
- Capture operational learnings and feed them back into the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers and set technical and operational standards across global teams and customer engagements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience operating LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, and distributed architectures in customer production environments.
- Deep experience with observability, incident management, and production reliability across cloud environments.
- Experience identifying behavioral drift and managing uptime, data boundaries, and contractual SLAs.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise-grade environments with compliance, security posture, and operational governance requirements.
- Ability to create standards, playbooks, repeatable processes, and scalable operational models.
- Ability to collaborate across delivery squads, engineering and platform teams, customers, external partners, and architects.
- Experience or capability in agentic AI practice, AI output quality assurance, context engineering, agentic orchestration, agentic engineering, application security, cloud architecture, and evaluations and benchmarking engineering.
- Strong mentoring, communication, complex problem-solving, and cross-organizational collaboration skills.
