Responsibilities

  • Use data and AI/ML to solve business problems across business units.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable production-grade AI/ML systems.
  • Build AI/ML engineering infrastructure to orchestrate batch and real-time pipelines.
  • Apply MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps best practices and tooling.
  • Run large-scale experiments and tests to ensure the quality and efficiency of ML and data pipelines.
  • Partner with scientists and engineers to make AI/ML models accessible to end users and downstream processes.
  • Integrate AI/ML systems into business applications and implement model monitoring at scale.
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions using Python, Azure, MLflow, and Databricks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Industry experience designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML systems and integrating them into business applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and related machine learning libraries.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle and MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps tooling.
  • Experience with Azure and its ecosystem, including Azure Foundry, Azure Bicep, Azure ML, and Azure Cloud Storage.
  • Experience with Databricks, REST APIs for ML model serving, Docker, container orchestration, and relational and non-relational databases.
  • Understanding of software engineering practices across development, testing, source management, build processes, and operations.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally on AI/ML products and services.
  • Contribution to open-source libraries is preferred.
