Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI and AgenticAI solutions.
- Design and implement scalable AI systems using time-series modeling and signal processing.
- Build and optimize production-grade LLM pipelines and multi-agent workflows.
- Architect applications utilizing diverse inputs like sensor data and unstructured text.
- Develop backend services and APIs in Python for AI agents and orchestration workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to MLOps and LLMOps frameworks for deployment and monitoring.
- Monitor and improve production systems for performance and reliability.
- Translate research into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Drive engineering excellence through architecture discussions and code reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI or AgenticAI applications in production.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proficient in Python for model development and backend services.
- Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with streaming and data infrastructure platforms.
- Experience in Agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration.
- Proven ability to collaborate across globally distributed teams.
- Ability to balance research innovation with practical engineering execution.
