Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning models that automate logistics processes.
- Own ML projects end-to-end from problem definition and data exploration through production deployment and monitoring.
- Design scalable data pipelines and work with large datasets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align ML work with customer needs and deliver valuable product features.
- Mentor team members, review code, and provide architectural guidance and technical leadership.
- Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks that improve ML infrastructure and workflows.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience designing scalable data pipelines and working with large datasets.
- Strong Python skills and knowledge of ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with data tools such as Pandas and Spark.
- Ability to own projects, guide and unblock others, and ensure models deliver measurable customer value.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
- Experience in high-growth startups or small teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools is preferred.
