Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Integrate enterprise content management systems within broader IT environments.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and manage the team’s technical execution.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with OpenText ECM Tools.
- Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise content management system integration.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
