Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, AI agents, and chatbots.
- Develop complex Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio solutions with integrations, APIs, and AI services.
- Define conversational and agentic AI patterns, reusable frameworks, standards, and enterprise architecture guidance.
- Use Agent OS, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search to support agent orchestration, advanced AI use cases, and enterprise knowledge or RAG solutions.
- Own governance for Copilot, Power Platform, and enterprise AI solutions, including environment strategy, DLP policies, access controls, data protection, and audit readiness.
- Mentor and cross-train Power Platform developers and build Copilot Studio and AI solution capability.
- Partner with business owners and AI leadership to prioritize use cases, establish roadmaps, and report on progress, risks, ROI, and adoption.
- Contribute to Center of Excellence or shared-services delivery models, including intake, prioritization, KPIs, and capacity planning.
Requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong experience designing and delivering Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, enterprise AI integration patterns, and conversational AI design.
- Working knowledge of Agent OS, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, RAG, and enterprise knowledge grounding.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale low-code or AI initiatives.
- Experience with governance, security, Responsible AI, compliance, performance optimization, and enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder-management, troubleshooting, and technical support skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI are preferred.
- Preferred experience includes Azure OpenAI, multi-agent architectures, Center of Excellence or shared-services models, KPI and ROI tracking, change management, data governance, project documentation, system updates, presentations, and multi-channel communication.
