Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions using AI technologies.
- Analyze complex problems and develop innovative AI-driven solutions.
- Integrate AI components into existing software architectures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement team best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to support project alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance to junior professionals.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI is required.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their practical applications in software development.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software solutions using AI technologies.
- Familiarity with integrating AI components into existing software architectures.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
- Knowledge of Application Architecture Implementation & Test, Responsible AI, and AI Agents & Workflow Integration is preferred.
