Responsibilities
- Automate and build a runtime Production Environment.
- Ensure solutions align with business requirements through thorough validation.
- Independently identify and solve business problems.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate components into a cohesive platform.
- Provide accurate time and effort estimates for tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Act as a bridge between Application Development teams and the Production Environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Google Cloud, and Docker.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and distributed architectures.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go).
- Experience with YAML and Agile frameworks in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience with security automation and API Security.
- Secret Clearance required.
- Possess a DoD 8570 IAT II certification.
