Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and perform detailed design and hands-on development for scalable applications.
- Develop and review code, including leading existing code changes as part of a group effort.
- Build reusable libraries, components, and frameworks for complex web applications.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and REST APIs supporting UI applications.
- Improve application performance and deliver fast user experiences.
- Use automation, build systems, and unit testing to support rapid, high-quality development.
- Develop secure web applications and address vulnerabilities such as XSS and CSRF.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of front-end engineering experience.
- Strong experience building large enterprise web applications with JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Flask or Django.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with application state management, asynchronous JavaScript, APIs, and data-driven web development.
- Experience with JavaScript build systems, responsive CSS, performance tuning, and unit testing.
- Strong understanding of HTTP, REST architecture, JSON, and common web application vulnerabilities.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
