Base Salary

$233k - $325k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and development for multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio.
  • Create novel code solutions and drive new production capabilities across teams and functions.
  • Set strategy, operating standards, governance, and guardrails for agentic AI-enabled engineering.
  • Improve software delivery speed, reliability, code quality, release readiness, incident triage, root-cause analysis, refactoring, and test modernization through automation.
  • Create durable, reusable software frameworks adopted across teams and functions.
  • Translate complex technical issues and technology trends for senior leadership.
  • Drive adoption of technical methods and influence business, product, and technology stakeholders.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships and deliver value at enterprise scale.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
  • Practical experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience designing and scaling agentic AI-enabled development patterns with governance for human-in-the-loop validation, traceability, auditability, and secure handling of sensitive inputs and outputs.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI, security, resiliency, data sensitivity, and risk-based governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and teams and solve complex technology problems.
  • Extensive practical cloud-native experience.
  • Preferred: experience in large, regulated, or complex enterprise technology environments.
  • Preferred: experience with identity and access management, cloud platforms, platform engineering, internal developer portals, API ecosystems, event-driven systems, and integration platforms.
  • Preferred: experience with AI coding tools, intelligent automation, agentic development workflows, engineering scorecards, adoption metrics, developer-experience measures, or productivity programs.
  • Preferred: recognized technical leadership through communities, patents, publications, open-source contributions, speaking engagements, or enterprise transformation.
