Base Salary
$240k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architectural vision for customer-facing systems.
- Establish patterns and frameworks for quality and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape product direction and architecture.
- Mentor senior technical leaders and elevate engineering capabilities.
- Lead through complexity, clarifying direction and removing blockers.
- Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Design systems to support sustainable growth and reliability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep architectural expertise with a record of delivering production backend systems.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Kotlin, Java, or Go.
- Full-stack capability with proficiency in modern frontend frameworks.
- Proficiency with CI/CD workflows and cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to drive architectural clarity across functions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
