Responsibilities
- Architect and orchestrate massively parallel AI research workflows.
- Design, train, and iterate on models across the full GenAI stack.
- Conduct rigorous research into model architectures and training dynamics.
- Amplify expertise across disciplines and modalities using agentic systems.
- Develop shared tooling and platforms for autonomous experiment pipelines.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate research into production rapidly.
- Document findings and publish research to enhance team knowledge.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or MSc with 4+ years of research experience.
- Experience training or fine-tuning neural models end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of probability, optimization, and linear algebra.
- Experience building training or evaluation pipelines for real data.
- Production-quality Python coding skills and familiarity with Git.
