Responsibilities
- Work across up to six technology teams during the rotational programme.
- Contribute to one or two projects at a time with direct business impact.
- Build and maintain platforms, applications, and infrastructure supporting critical firm activity.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to solve practical technical problems.
- Apply engineering skills in different technical disciplines, development environments, and business functions.
Requirements
- Be a graduate interested in developing breadth and depth across software and infrastructure engineering.
- Be motivated to learn, work through complex problems, and explore different areas of engineering.
- Be willing to collaborate in a supportive environment where performance, innovation, communication, and teamwork matter.
