Responsibilities

Design and ship security features for LEAP products from design through rollout and ongoing support.
Build internal security tools and automation for finding triage, risk discovery, GRC support, and vulnerability identification.
Collaborate with product and platform engineering teams to prioritize work and drive adoption.
Write clear, well-tested production code that other engineers can read and depend on.
Bring security considerations into early design discussions and help decide what to build versus buy.

Around five or more years of experience writing and shipping production software with ownership after launch.
Strong programming ability in at least one of C#, TypeScript, Python, or Go, with the ability to learn another language.
Working knowledge of web application attacks and secure application design.
Experience building on AWS.
Sound judgment about security controls and the communication skills to explain tradeoffs.
Ability to influence and collaborate with people who do not report to you.
Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS, tenant isolation, AI and LLM application security, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, container security, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 is beneficial but not required.
