Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation services supporting PAM and HashiCorp Vault.
- Build enterprise-grade APIs, integration services, and reusable automation frameworks.
- Implement self-service onboarding for application teams.
- Automate secret lifecycle management, account provisioning and deprovisioning, privileged-access governance, secrets rotation, and certificate management workflows.
- Integrate PAM and Vault with IAM, CMDB, service-management, infrastructure, and enterprise endpoint-management platforms.
- Design scalable, resilient, and observable automation platforms with appropriate logging, monitoring, configuration management, and dependency lifecycle management.
- Prioritize and resolve incidents, problems, and change requests with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with extensive Python development experience, object-oriented design, REST APIs, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and scalable enterprise applications or automation platforms.
- Experience designing, developing, and automating HashiCorp Vault, enterprise PAM platforms, and Fleet Commander solutions.
- Experience translating security and access-management requirements into software solutions, workflows, integrations, and self-service capabilities.
- Experience integrating complex enterprise systems through APIs, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms.
- Familiarity with IAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, ITSM, CMDB, security platforms, Kafka, and microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, GitOps practices, and automated deployment patterns.
- Strong understanding of software delivery, infrastructure automation, configuration management, large-scale platform operations, cloud-native technologies, and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, collaboration, ownership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
