Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud capabilities for identity lifecycle management, access certification, and governance workflows.
- Build and customize SailPoint connectors, transforms, workflows, and rules for client-specific integrations.
- Configure and maintain SailPoint Sandbox and Production environments.
- Translate business and security requirements into scalable SailPoint ISC solution designs.
- Develop custom Java/Beanshell, Python, PowerShell, and REST API-based code to extend SailPoint ISC functionality.
- Build and maintain API-based integrations with upstream and downstream applications.
- Automate recurring identity lifecycle and provisioning tasks through scripting.
- Create integration runbooks, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
- Complete knowledge transfer to the SailPoint AMS Operations team.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders and support testing and deployment.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for SailPoint-related issues.
- Support ongoing IAM operations and related cybersecurity activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or an equivalent field.
- Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud engineering, implementation, configuration, and integration.
- Ability to develop custom code and scripts using Java/Beanshell, Python, PowerShell, or REST APIs.
- Ability to design and maintain API-based integrations and automate identity lifecycle and provisioning processes.
- Ability to translate business and security requirements into SailPoint solution designs and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
