Base Salary
$80k - $90k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical point of contact for customers regarding performance monitoring.
- Design and implement monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and other tools.
- Resolve technical issues and document work in ServiceNow Visual Task Boards.
- Perform routine tasks such as adding and removing devices from monitoring tools.
- Participate in quality assurance efforts related to monitoring solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system architecture, design, integration, and technical management.
- 1+ years of experience with Dynatrace, including OneAgent installation and API usage.
- Ability to provide technical input for application performance monitoring solutions.
- Experience in requirements analysis for hardware and software products.
- Knowledge of application performance monitoring capabilities and gaps.
- High school diploma or GED with 13+ years of relevant experience, or a BA/BS in a technical field with 5+ years of experience.
Benefits
- $80-90K salary with full benefits included.
