Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a small team to define user research questions and validate ideas through prototypes.
- Develop features using Python, Databricks, and Postgres, focusing on data transformation and insightful metrics.
- Engage with internal and external users throughout the product development phases.
- Write requirements documents and proposals for platform teams building core data pipelines.
- Act as an internal customer, providing feedback to shape the data platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and data transformation concepts.
- Familiarity with Postgres and modern data warehouses, preferably Databricks.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and think critically about problem-solving.
- Experience in providing high-quality feedback to improve product ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
