Base Salary
$186k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Onboard and familiarize yourself with the tools and codebase in the first week.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas of disengagement within the first month.
- Own the execution of multiple growth initiatives across the funnel within the first six months.
- Establish technical patterns and measurement practices for the growth team within the first year.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and share insights.
Requirements
- Experience in full-stack engineering, particularly with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Strong product judgment and ability to think about user experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with analytics tools like Omni and Mixpanel.
- Understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization as a system.
- Experience working on product-led initiatives in a SaaS company.
