Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate core components of Support Technology platforms.
- Own and evolve backend services and integrations for support channels.
- Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of support systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, AI, and operations teams to create software solutions.
- Develop AI-driven capabilities for support workflows.
- Participate in technical design discussions and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with Java, Kotlin, or similar languages.
- Experience designing and operating APIs and services for customer-facing tools.
- Proficient with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude, and MCP servers.
- Ability to manage complex features or projects from design to production.
- Experience with business-critical systems focusing on reliability and performance.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical partners.
