Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tool-augmented AI agents and multi-step reasoning pipelines.
- Integrate agents with business systems, tools, and data sources.
- Own the agent development lifecycle from scoping through monitoring and iterative tuning.
- Develop LLM orchestration, planning, model selection, prompt engineering, and evaluation workflows.
- Harden AI agents for scale, safety, reliability, and maintainability.
- Implement security guardrails and PII protection for enterprise-facing AI products.
- Continuously optimize agent performance and contribute to AI engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least five years of production software engineering experience using TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python, with strong API design, testing, and debugging practices.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or fine-tuned open-source models, including prompt engineering, function/tool calling, model selection, and evaluation.
- Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, embedding pipelines, and semantic search using tools such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
- Expertise with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or CrewAI.
- ML and DevOps literacy covering containerization, CI/CD, GPU/AI infrastructure, caching, and automated evaluation of nondeterministic systems.
- Experience enforcing security guardrails and protecting PII in user-facing AI products.
- Advanced English proficiency at B2 or C1 level, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Real-time or voice agent delivery experience, familiarity with MCP, A2A, or supervisor/critique agent patterns, relevant domain experience, and automated prompt or agent regression testing experience are preferred.
