Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize enterprise-grade applications using commercial and open-source LLMs.
- Build LLM workflows with prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool and function calling, model routing, and abstraction or fallback strategies.
- Design single-agent and multi-agent architectures for enterprise workflows and determine when agentic AI is appropriate.
- Build agent workflows using LangGraph or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models and applications for quality, latency, throughput, concurrency, context limits, token utilization, inference cost, scalability, security, and failure recovery.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, machine learning and LLM concepts, retrieval architectures, backend engineering, cloud deployment, and AI evaluation.
- Understanding of LLM inference concepts including tokenization, embeddings, attention, context windows, temperature, top-p/top-k sampling, and token generation.
- Ability to design reliable AI systems beyond prototypes, accounting for latency, concurrency, security, scalability, cost, and failure recovery.
- Graduate BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, or Electronics from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution, or an MCA from a recognized university.
