Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own systems that power the investment process.
- Bridge the gap between research and production by implementing investment models into robust systems.
- Build and evolve the technology platform, including data pipelines and execution systems.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.
- Monitor and improve the operational health of live trading systems.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Several years of professional experience in software engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in quantitative systems, such as Python or Java.
- Experience designing systems for complex data processing and high-reliability requirements.
- A strong interest in financial markets and quantitative investing.
