Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the platform ecosystem for integrations, use cases, and extensibility.
- Architect and build systems capable of processing a high volume of transactions.
- Design, implement, and support scalable fault-tolerant systems that minimize customer impact during failures.
- Participate in moving the platform toward a microservice-oriented architecture.
- Develop and maintain production-grade code across the full stack and support it after launch.
- Deliver end-to-end business solutions while collaborating with specialists across infrastructure, backend, data, frontend, and delivery.
- Use AI coding agents for bounded and feature-sized development tasks while owning design intent, test strategy, and merge quality.
Requirements
- Three years of relevant experience.
- Written and spoken French and English.
- Experience developing solutions in various programming languages.
- Strong working knowledge of Java or other JVM languages, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Knowledge of web service technologies and building REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Ability to contribute across the full stack with strong software fundamentals.
- A strong product mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
- A proven track record of delivering end-to-end business solutions.
