Responsibilities
- Contribute to the engineering and delivery of scalable end-to-end enterprise solutions.
- Build agentic flows, application integrations, and process-automation capabilities using generative AI and LLM technologies.
- Develop foundational AI and LLM components and support enterprise-wide adoption of generative AI solutions.
- Design and implement high-performance, large-scale distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces.
- Contribute to product technical direction, engineering best practices, iterative delivery, and organizational technology adoption.
- Collaborate with technology teams, stakeholders, and third-party providers to validate and adopt solutions.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or dynamic startup environments.
- Strong engineering experience with high-performance, large-scale distributed systems and scalable system design.
- Fluency in Java, Python, or both, with UI development experience using React JS or Streamlit.
- Experience with Spring or Flask and proficiency with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs and using Kafka or JMS/MQ integration platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
- Experience with Jenkins and Gradle for build and deployment workflows.
- Generative AI engineering knowledge involving LangChain, LangGraph, MLflow, LLMs, transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Golang is highly valued, as is experience with AI coding assistants such as Copilot or Devin.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is required; a master's degree is preferred.
