Responsibilities
- Design and implement security architecture and controls for the platform.
- Lead projects focused on protecting customer data and hardening production environments.
- Establish best practices in identity and access management and cloud security.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to embed security into architecture and workflows.
- Make architectural decisions that define the product and company trajectory.
Requirements
- Deep experience securing distributed backend systems at scale.
- Proven track record of building and scaling products with embedded security.
- Strong expertise in secure system design for resilient services and APIs.
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience leading security or engineering projects in high-growth teams.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management and secure data handling.
- Strong experience with Go is highly preferred.
- Curiosity about AI-tools and staying updated with industry trends.
- Bonus: experience securing AI/ML systems and exposure to Temporal.
