Base Salary
$184k - $276k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop machine learning techniques for autonomous driving perception problems such as detection, sensor fusion, tracking, fine-grained classification, and human intent understanding.
- Own projects through proof of concept, model iteration, onboard deployment, and on-road performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Train models on massive-scale data while maintaining deployable onboard latency.
- Build and expand model architectures and optimize accuracy-versus-compute tradeoffs for real-time deployment.
Requirements
- Recent experience applying state-of-the-art deep learning to autonomous driving problems, including modern object detection, sensor fusion, or multi-task learning.
- Strong machine learning fundamentals and demonstrated experience building and expanding model architectures.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in both Python and C++.
- Experience deploying models in real-time environments is preferred.
- Experience productizing machine learning models and supporting data, large-scale training, and evaluation infrastructure is preferred.
