Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop LLM/NLU systems to process clinical notes and medical documents.
- Establish best practices for LLM/AI systems and model governance.
- Build scalable data pipelines while maintaining data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the platform.
- Operationalize AI/data pipelines to analyze medical records.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend or data engineering.
- Experience developing LLM-based systems for unstructured records.
- Deep understanding of LLM limitations and best practices.
- Customer-focused with a drive to improve behavioral health assessments.
- Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
