Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build self-serve functionality for AI agent configuration, training, and deployment.
- Design configuration abstractions that balance power and simplicity across diverse enterprise use cases.
- Build AI-powered no-code tooling for creating and managing complex agent workflows.
- Develop monitoring, tracing, and analytics that help customers identify agent failures and their causes.
- Handle agentic systems at scale for critical enterprise workflows.
- Evaluate new text and voice models and integrate successful models into production traffic.
- Own features end to end, including architecture, deployment, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Partner with product, design, and customers to define requirements and ensure solutions meet real use cases.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building software products.
- Proficiency in Python and comfort working across the entire stack.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into simple, usable interfaces.
- Experience with complex systems, asynchronous programming, and large-scale failure modes.
- Strong debugging skills across deep technology stacks.
- Ability to turn customer needs into clear product and technical specifications.
- Strong judgment about when to ship quickly versus build for long-term correctness.
- Preferred experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluations, or AI agent systems.
- Preferred experience building developer tools, APIs, platforms, or internal tools that became customer-facing.
- Preferred experience with observability, data visualization, analytics products, authentication, data access controls, multimodal models, or voice models.
