Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and implementation while making team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Establish and enforce development best practices and coding standards.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Mentor junior team members through guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with Java Standard Edition.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented programming principles and design patterns within Java environments.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Preferred experience with Spring Boot, Apache Administration, and AWS Administration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
