Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and create solution designs.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate with business teams, QA, and production support teams.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical and process-related issues.
- Ensure service-level and reliability targets are met.
- Support user training and application adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, web services, SQL, and AWS.
- Good understanding of databases and database technologies.
- Experience working with integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: Warehouse Management System or supply chain management domain knowledge.
- Preferred: exposure to AI development tools such as Claude, Amazon Kiro, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
- Preferred: strong learning agility and interest in new technology trends.
