Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Build integrated frontend and backend components for full-stack applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, high-performing solutions using engineering best practices.
- Work with architects and AI-native specialists to support integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, including copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
